Vista Finally
I've just bought myself a new PC for home and decided to load it up with Vista. It's a mixed blessing. So far, I really like it. I've only been using it for four days, so it's a bit of a shallow opinion. Three things are bugging me at the moment. No drivers for my Mackie Onyx 400F, no drivers for my HP CLJ 2600n, and I can't connect to my subversion server at home.
On a more important point, Flight Simulator X works fabulous (except it kicks me out of Aero), and FarCry is fun. I dig the UI, but I'm an eye candy kind of person. I'm still in some sort of morbid curiosity over the constant checking with me that I initiated some action on the machine.
The new searchable start button thingy is my biggest favourite at the moment.
