Google's terms of service
Just noticed this little snippit in Google's universal terms of service:
2.3 You may not use the Services and may not accept the Terms if (a) you are not of legal age to form a binding contract with Google, or (b) you are a person barred from receiving the Services under the laws of the United States or other countries including the country in which you are resident or from which you use the Services.
I wonder how many kids under 18 in this country (not to mention others, but I'm not aware of their legal age of consent) realise they're not allowed to Google anything! :)
(This is based on the fact that usage of the service constitutes agreement of the terms of service as per point 2.2 (B) of said terms of agreement...)
I know they're just protecting their legal backsides, but it's kind of funny, don't you think?
